The Chef’s mastery shows again in the expert handling of these fresh, fresh, fresh premium-quality green beans. Perfect! The tolerant potatoes were fine, as was the diced chicken. Both delicious, but chicken is the easiest protein to play. Like many other MaxFit meals featuring chicken or tri-tip, a chili-cumin partnership predominates. I hope Chef starts dreaming of French flavors, or Italian beyond bolognese. It’s a wide, wide world.
